In My Next 30 Years ….
I’m gonna have some fun, try to forget about all the crazy things I’ve done. Tim McGraw’s My Next 30 Year’s is my anthem for the day and quite possibly the week, we’ll see. It is on my 30th Birthday that I feel reminiscent of my 20’s and the incredible and terrible things that have happened to me. I think its only fitting that we examine our lives as we reach these milestones and make sure we are living the way we want to.
I could not have a more perfect life. I’m sure no one believes that but its true.
I don’t believe in regrets I think they only make you sad and for no good reason. Regrets are ghosts of roads not traveled that will cloud your path and force you into the woods where you will be lost forever. Instead I believe in embracing all the good and the bad and believing that it all has led me here to this moment. That I wouldn’t be writing this blog or be married or know my best friend or have any of the wonderful things in my life without both the right and the wrong decisions I’ve made.
So where will the next 30 years take me? God I’ll be 60 when they are over, scary! My son will be 30, scarier! My husband will be 61, haha, older than me 🙂
But where will I be and what will I be doing? Here is my bucket list for the next 30 years. and my bucket list for this year. We’ll see if I manage to accomplish this year’s. I don’t expect to be writing this blog for another 30 but who knows.
